SHIPPING + PAYMENT

Pricing on the site is in US dollars. We require a $5.00 minimum purchase.  We ship packages by First Class USPS Mai at a flat Shipping and Handling Rate of $6.25 for all orders less than $75. Shipping on $75 purchases or above are offered free shipping. NaSHEville.com currently ships exclusively to United States addresses. Our Shipping and Handling prices are listed below. Most US orders are shipped within 4 to 6 days of receipt of order.


Order status

How do I know you got my order?
Once your order is complete, you will be given an invoice number. Please keep track of this number as you will need it for future possible online references. To further reinforce receipt of your order, we will also send you a confirmation e-mail.


RETURNS + EXCHANGES

NaSHEville is happy to refund or exchange any item(s) (that has not been washed, worn or mishandled) within 45 days of ship date. We do not accept C.O.D. returns. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.

We reserve the right to verify return product information before issuing a return credit.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during shipment to the item(s) you are returning.

Unless we made an error in order processing or shipping, return and original shipping and handling fees will apply.

The customer is responsible for ensuring their return reaches our Returns Center.


defects

In the case of a manufacturers defect, we will credit your account with the initial shipping costs attributable to the defective product, the cost of the defective product and the cost of returning the defective product via regular mail. We do not accept C.O.D. returns.


Packing and Sending Your Return

Just a few simple steps:

Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) and Returns Form securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.

Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.
